The Schluchsee is a paradise for anglers. According to the German consumer organization Stiftung Warentest, the largest lake in the Black Forest has been one of the cleanest lakes in Germany for years. Environmental protection is a top priority here: Motorboats must stay outside.
The Schluchsee offers everything that an anglers love: roach, zander, carp, pike, whitefish, Arctic char, burbot, tench, lake trout, brown trout, rainbow trout and eel.
